1. CARD HOLDER
The status of the card lock holder will be transmitted to the room controller (RCU). The room controller will update the room status on the management system (at reception).
When guests enter the room (registered at reception) and tag the card lock holder, the following functions will be performed:
- Turn on the reception mode light
- Air conditioner set up with comfort level is pre-installed
- Selected socket circuit is turned on
- Room status is updated on the management system (at reception)
When guests leave the room (still renting rooms) and the card is removed from the card holder, the following functions will be performed:
- The room light will turn off after a delay (15-20 seconds)
- Air conditioner set power saving level
- The selected socket circuit is turned off
- Room status updated on management system (at reception)
When the card is removed from the card holder and the guest is no longer renting the room, the following functions will be performed:
- The room light will turn off after a delay (15-20 seconds)
- Air-conditioner sets the electricity saving level according to the condition of no one in the room

2. BEDDING CONTROL PANEL
A controller will be located at the head of the bed, with the following functions:
- Turn on / off the light circuits
- Daylight mode
- Night light mode (keep the preset brightness level for the bedside lamp)
- “Do not disturb” button and “Please clean the room”
- Time display screen
- Customized as required
3. ON-THE-DOOR DOOR CONTROL PANEL
There are the following functions:
- Turn on / off the light circuits
- Control air conditioning
- Daylight mode
- Night light mode (keep the preset brightness level for the bedside lamp)
- “Do not disturb” button and “Please clean the room”
4. REQUEST SERVICE
Guests can activate requests at the entrance panel and at the bedside control panel:
- Do not disturb – the out-of-room indicator light is on
- Call for service (or ask for room cleaning) – the out-of-room indicator light is turned on and the request signal is reported to receptionist
5. NETWORK CONNECTION
Hotel rooms can be controlled and monitored from the management system at the reception and the hotel management department. Room status (room entry time, length of stay, service requirements …) is managed and updated by the hotel management software.
The room controllers will be connected to the network interface port at each floor, from there to connect to the central control via network protocol.
